So how can i changed the speech voice to a male voice( by default is a famle voice)?

You can download the other voices for FliteController at the OpenEarsExtras repo (link is in the docs) or you can change the voice settings using the FliteController API (described in the FliteController documentation and header, and on the OpenEars web page).
